SHIPPING & DUTIES

BY FRIDMAN Studio ships internationally through selected express carriers and production/logistics partners. Production and delivery estimates are shown in good faith and may vary by garment, destination, fabric availability, customs processing and carrier conditions.

Where checkout states Duties & Taxes Included, orders are intended to be shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Applicable import duties and import taxes are included in the amount charged at checkout. If a carrier unexpectedly requests a duty or import-tax payment on an order confirmed as DDP, contact BY FRIDMAN before paying where reasonably possible.

Where BY FRIDMAN arranges shipment, risk of loss or damage remains with BY FRIDMAN until the customer, or another person appointed by the customer other than the carrier, physically receives the order, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

International production, customs, carrier disruption, severe weather, natural disasters and other events outside our reasonable control can occasionally extend delivery times. We will use reasonable efforts to minimise delay and keep the customer informed of material disruption. Mandatory consumer rights in the event of legally significant delay remain unaffected.
