How it works

    Browse the collection and select your piece. Each design is available in a curated palette of colours and fabrics.

    Measure

    Enter your measurements directly on the product page. You can also add personal fit notes we should consider.

    Production

    Your order is sent to our production partners, where skilled tailors cut and construct your piece by hand. Because every garment is made individually, subtle variations are part of its character.

    Delivery

    Your garment is carefully packed and shipped directly to you. International orders are sent DDP — all duties and taxes are included in your price. No surprises at your door.

  • 5

    The Final Touch

    We recommend a local tailor for any minor adjustments after delivery. Handmade garments may need a small tweak to sit perfectly on your body — that is the nature of true made-to-order.

  • Lead time: 3–6 weeks depending on season and demand.
  • All made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Timing

Because each piece is made to order, lead times vary by product. Estimated lead time is typically 3–5 weeks, depending on fabric and complexity.

Notes for the atelier

If you have fit preferences (e.g., longer sleeves, higher waist placement, room through the hip), add them in the notes field at checkout.

Small alterations

Minor adjustments can often be handled easily by a trusted local tailor. We also leave appropriate seam allowance where possible to support small fit refinements.

Handmade variation (important)

Each By Fridman piece is made by highly trained tailors. Because garments are crafted individually—not mass-produced—small variations in measurements and finishing are normal and part of true tailoring. Even when two pieces are made to the same size, they may not be perfectly identical.

In rare cases where specific components (such as buttons, trims, or lining) are unavailable from our suppliers, we reserve the right to replace them with the closest possible alternative of equal quality and aesthetic. Any changes will be kept minimal and true to the original design. If a change is significant, we will contact you before production.
